Website subscriptions
When web billing is live, unused subscription time may be refunded if you email support@localhost within 48 hours of the charge and you have not consumed a material amount of paid episodes in that period. Chargebacks should be a last resort; contact us first so we can help.
App Store and Google Play
In-app subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Request refunds through those stores. DramaHub cannot reverse a store charge on your behalf.
Free episodes
Free episodes have no charge and are not refundable.
